Human corpus luteum (HL) cells were cultured at 37°C in a 5% CO2 atmosphere in DMEM (Gibco, United States) with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 1 g/ml penicillin-streptomycin (Gibco) in a humidified incubator at 37°C.
